Hello Puppetji here,

just a little note to let you all know that I am busy with the new website and the socksangs and the book and the DVD. The new website should be launching in a couple of weeks with some new socksangs in the HD. The book of all my socksangs and a DVD of all my socksangs should be available by Christmas. Very exciting, yes?

Greetings all. I have been away, yet here and nowhere. In the silence, a deep meditation for many months. Steeping like a fine tea bag. Puppetji has come out of his tea cup with wonderful updates and news. I will be in two documentaries this year; Leap Beyond Illusion and The Invocation Puppetji will be speaking about absolutely nothing in both films with the likes of the Dan Millman, Desmond Tutu, my good buddies, the Dali Llama, Deepak Chopra and a host of other visionaries and the well known speakers. Puppetji is also hoping to update and revamp the website and create more socksangs in Octtober. If there is anyone with the vast web design knowledge that would like to contribute their time to Puppetji, I would be in the deep gratitude. Back From the Burning Man

Greetings all,
Okay...Puppetji has returned from the Burning of the Man. What a freaking journey to the desert and back, you know? I did many things: the dancing, the napping, the eating the food, checking out the art, watching the Lunar eclipse, delivering socksang @ The Body Temple, the dust storms, the heat, the smelly toilets, and the fantastical collection of the playa booger extractions. What a gift it is to experience such magic, mayhem and creative expression in one place. The Burn continues to resonate through my nothingness. Such gratitude.

This Burning Man thing for Puppetji continues to be a reminder in being with what is. Yes, you see? If you are in complaint, you are in suffering. Wishing you were somewhere other than where you are? Suffering. See...we cannot change or control what happens around us, but we do have a choice about how we FEEL and DEAL with whatever situation we are in or the conditions around us. Like my good buddy Osho once said: "No matter what is apparently happening...If you ain't got noting good to say, shut the freaking mouth and go get me a sandwich"
Such wise words from my old party buddy.

INTEGRATION:

I find it important to integrate slowly back into the chaos of the city after opening the heart and blowing open the mind so much at the Burning Man. It is the nature of the cosmos to expand and then contract, like the inhale and exhale of the breath of life.

So, after the Burning Man, I continued on to Harbin HotSprings where I soaked in the healing waters and had wonderful massages. Then on down the coast, through the Big Sur and the Esalen Institute...gently weaving back to Venice...where I spark up the sacred hookah...and be thankful I made it to the home alive. Now I just need to do the laundry...

Master Puppetji will be spewing forth spontaneous wicked wizdumb this coming Wednesday at The Body Temple: that's 10:30 and Esplanade.

This will be my first appearance at BM so it should be a playful blast of laughs, playa dust..and some sexy Dancing Devotees.

This special Sunset Socksang will be at 6:30 pm Wednesday. Don't miss it. Cocktails and dancing after. Yes, Puppetji will be getting his groove on...and I will be dancing too.

Back from Oregon Country Fair, Prepping for Burning Man

Greetings all. I'm back from Oregon, and my ass is as flat as a yoga mat. 15 hours of driving, is a long time to sit on an ass, even if I did meditate the whole time.

Anywho... The fair was fantastic. A vaudeville, burlesque, circus...just the right amount of feathers and leather to get me excited about burning man...the festival that pushes the edges of the limited mind, expanding one's consciousness to new levels of awareness. More to report when I return.

I am also almost done reading a fabulous book by Allen Rolland titled;Healing your self in seven sessions instead of seven years." I'll be posting my review next month, but so far so good...an easy read.

Well, that's about it for now, not much to report...I am perfecting the art of nothing...and Puppetji will have much to share on this subject.

Hello, Puppetji here,
Greetings all; I come to you with love in my heart and curry in my belly.

I have just returned from a long journey filled with silence, meditation, dance and yoga. The drug and weapons charges were dropped and the Turkish prison really wasn't all that bad. And thank you all for those beautiful cards and letters, especially the ones filled with cash donations. I couldn’t have installed the bullet proof glass on the new Mercedes with out your divine gifts of gratitude.

On my recent travels I have encountered many beings from all walks of life...all questioning their purpose and existence. The common thread that seems to be the apparent cause of one's suffering is addiction. Yes, there are those who are addicted to the porn, the drugs and the sex... But Puppetji knows the truth...The real drug is the mind.

This is why we have mantras...This is why we dance and practice yoga...and smoke from the sacred hookah, if only for a moment to get us out of our head. Yoga is not just doing postures in a class...though downward doggie on the Mountain is my favorite, yoga is a way of life...where one gently moves their attention from the head to the heart. This is not a difficult task...it can be as easy and rewarding as transfering money from your checking account into Puppetji's sacred donation bowl.

When we dance in the Unknown, the divine moment...the NOW place, we come to realize; all is as it is and that is all there is, and you and I are that which is and that is that.

This is who you are...divine NOTHINGness. Yes, you are nothing and that's really something...being nothing....NO Thing. A play on words? Perhaps, But Puppetji would suggest to you that peace lies not in our past or future, for they are illusions created by the mind. Peace, true freedom and LOVE are not found by following our addictive patterns, for they are but temporary remedies for that which has no meaning and needs no cure. You will never find that which you seek in any thing outside your temple...or some one else’s temple, or Shirley Temple. YOU are that which you seek. Stop the search and remember this... You are not special, you are not important. You are LOVE and Love is all.

YES.....

Many of you have been inquiring about when I'll have my books, DVD's and meditation CD's for sale. This will manifest as the universe allows such to apparently happen in this unreality. Though on a more linear/personal side, Puppetji looks forward to sharing his wisdom and spiritual tools for growth and happiness for all. The cable show we shot last year is in the can...The garbage can, but some clips will be available on the sprangle.tv site soon. Overall, Puppetji was not happy with the final product, but gained much wisdom and insight on how to create a more dynamic cable show; more humor, more spontaneity, less script...more dancing. More to come!
